At Eastside Estates, we take pride in our work. We're not happy unless you're happy with the results. If something isn't right with our craftsmanship, we want to know about it and make it right.
Workmanship Guarantee: If you experience issues directly related to our workmanship within 30 days of service completion, we will return to assess and repair at no additional charge.
Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to materials we install. We will help facilitate any warranty claims on your behalf.
Pre-Service Payments: If you cancel before work begins and have made a deposit, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs (material restocking fees, scheduled labor costs).
Post-Service: Refunds for completed work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the concern.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. For larger renovation projects, a deposit schedule may apply (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion). This helps us cover materials and labor costs while ensuring you're satisfied before final payment.
